WaterRower NOHrD WeightPlate Tower
Stable dumbbell tower made of solid, stained wood with a total of 20 weight plates (8 x 5 kg, 4 x 2.5 kg, 4 x 1.25 kg, 4 x 0.5 kg), two dumbbells and one barbell. We have taken the simplicity, beautiful design and functionality of Olympic dumbbells and made them more compact. This gives you a dumbbell that can be used in many more environments than just the garage or basement.
Dumbbell or Barbell
Load the 25 mm dumbbells with up to 50 kg as standard without having to worry about weights falling off or cuffs loosening during the set. The integrated SlideLock™ system ensures greater safety and ease of use. The minimalist design combined with the wooden decor provides ever new training incentives.
Dumbbell Training
Dumbbells can be used to train muscles in isolation, but most exercises with free weights also involve many auxiliary muscles. This is the only way the body, especially the core, can be kept stable. And that's what makes dumbbell exercises so effective. Barbell training can make many exercises more intense. This significantly increases maximum strength, strength endurance and muscle growth.
With Wood Finish
The design of the weight plates features real wood veneers on both sides for an unmistakable and elegant look. The wood veneers also ensure that no metal parts collide during training. The result? A quieter and more pleasant training experience!
Patented System
In cooperation with the company Gungnir of Norway, we are introducing their patented SlideLock™ system into our dumbbell training range. The innovative technology was developed to securely fix the weight plates and offers an intuitive sliding function that simplifies weight adjustment.
The Weights
The weight plates are available in 0.5 kg, 1.25 kg, 2.5 kg and 5 kg. This variety makes it possible to adjust the intensity of the training according to individual goals. The middle hole diameter of the WeightPlates is 25mm for easy positioning on the dumbbell.
The Tower
Our dumbbell tower is a design combination of solid wood, powder-coated steel and brushed stainless steel – an impressive statement for any fitness area. The tower offers space for individual weight plates and fully loaded dumbbells for order in the fitness room. The barbells (pumper) are safely stored at the back and upright.
Heavy Weights
To allow heavier weights to be used for barbell training, the separately available extension set with up to four 10 kg weight plates can be attached to the back of the WeightPlate Tower.
- Includes two dumbbells and one barbell from Gungnir of Norway with SlideLock™ mechanism for easy loading and securing. Fully loaded, you can train with the dumbbell with a weight of 32 kg each and with the barbell with a total of up to 62 kg.
- The NOHRD WeightPlates perfectly combine functionality and aesthetics for any training interior. Each weight plate is coated on both sides with real, stained wood veneer. The WeightPlate Tower offers elegant and space-saving storage for convenient access to the equipment during your workout.
