Up to 400 kg The NOHRD WeightBench meets all the requirements of a functional training bench combined with appealing aesthetics. The frame made of solid hardwood, with a length of 128 cm and a width of 35 cm, impresses with its stability and refined contours. Ideal for bench presses: with a total weight capacity of 400 kg (including dumbbells), the wooden bench is very durable.
THE WORKOUT In combination with dumbbells or barbells, you primarily train the muscles of the arms, chest, and shoulders, as well as the back muscles. Classic exercises such as bench presses, overhead presses, and flyes are also possible. In addition, you can perform extra exercises while seated to strengthen your leg muscles or forearms.
8 Positions All upholstered surfaces are ergonomically shaped and offer optimal support for the range of motion of any dumbbell exercises, extending beyond shoulder height. The bench can be securely locked into eight different positions with a single movement.
Safe Training Technology down to the detail: To adjust, the bench can simply be moved upwards and automatically locks into the next position. Secure hold is guaranteed by strong metal reinforcements.
Functional
The seat can also be adjusted into two different positions for an even better grip during training.
- The frame of the WeightBench is made from high-quality, durable solid wood. The seat and lying surfaces are handcrafted either in real or artificial leather for an elegant design aesthetic.
- The dynamic seat and backrest can be adjusted into up to eight positions for a variety of exercises, allowing for individual adaptation to body height and comprehensive dumbbell training. Ergonomically shaped upholstered surfaces provide optimal support extending above shoulder height, while the height adjustment at the front end of the seat ensures a firm hold with heavier weights.
- The WeightBench offers optimal dimensions with a lying surface of a maximum 135 cm length and 32 cm width at a seat height of 44 cm. The maximum load capacity of 400 kg including dumbbells makes it the perfect dumbbell training partner for bench presses and other heavy dumbbell exercises.
