Seat / Bench
The padded top of the StepBox serves two functions: it acts as a comfortable seat or bench during workouts and as a lid that conceals the inner compartments. The lid is padded to provide an ideal surface for exercises, offering both support and comfort. Inside the StepBox, you'll find space for all your training equipment, keeping everything organized and within reach.

The NOHRD StepBox is crafted from black lacquered, genuine wood veneer particleboard, guaranteeing durability and a high-quality appearance. All wooden components are treated with the characteristic NOHRD hard wax oil, which enhances both the beauty and durability of the materials. High-quality stainless steel pins and sleeves provide secure attachment points for various training equipment, ensuring a stable and reliable training experience.

For a Full-Body Workout
The NOHRD StepBox is equipped with everything you need for a comprehensive strength and conditioning workout. Enhance your training experience with the optional Wellness Package, designed for yoga, stretching, and recovery routines.

Weights & Bands
Inside, you'll find NOHRD SwingBells (as a set) in weights of 2 kg, 4 kg, and 6 kg, neatly stored on the inside of the box. The four tube resistance bands in different tensions are conveniently stowed under the padded lids and easily attach to the box for a variety of resistance exercises. The jump rope and tube handles are securely stored in one of the short sides of the StepBox, making them easily accessible when needed. Additionally, a cork training mat measuring 180 cm x 60 cm x 0.4 cm is stored in the second side compartment.


The Wellness Package
The Wellness Package includes, in addition to the NOHRD SwingBells, jump rope, tubes, and training mat, a cork fascia roller, two cork yoga blocks, a yoga cushion, and a yoga/stretch ball – all neatly stored in the second side compartment of the StepBox. The Wellness Package provides you with the accessories you need for optimal flexibility and recovery and is the perfect complement to your StepBox workout.

• The four resistance bands in various tensions (10, 20, 40, and 50) are stored compactly under the padded lids. With the help of carabiners, these are attached to retractable hooks at the bottom of the StepBox and used in combination with the ball-bearing handles for various exercises.
