The ELASKO technique is a dynamic stretching technique. The body is not only stretched, but we strengthen it and simultaneously build muscle tone by using the body's energy.

Various grip and holding options thanks to innovative loops for special exercises reaching deep into the core muscles. Each NOHRD Elasko station has a total of six loops - two for the upper, middle, and lower areas.
