Dynamic Stretching
The ELASKO technique is a dynamic stretching technique. The body is not only stretched, but we strengthen it and simultaneously build muscle tone by using the body's energy.
Firm Grip
Various grip and holding options thanks to innovative loops for special exercises reaching deep muscles. Each NOHRD Elasko station has a total of six loops - two each for the upper, middle, and lower areas.
Perfect Hold
Six stable rungs made of solid wood support stretching and holding. They are perfectly suited for beginners and professionals at different flexibility levels.
