Dynamic Stretching
The ELASKO technique is a dynamic stretching technique. The body is not only stretched, but we strengthen it and simultaneously build muscle tone by using the body's energy.
Firm Grip
Various grip and hold options thanks to innovative loops for special exercises reaching deep muscles. Each NOHRD Elasko station has a total of six loops – two each for the upper, middle, and lower sections.
Perfect Hold
Six stable rungs made of solid wood support stretching and holding. They are perfectly suitable for beginners and professionals at different flexibility levels.
Made of Leather
The padded training mat is made of high-quality, black artificial or genuine leather. It ensures a secure stance and comfortable support and lying positions.
