The Elasko frame enables efficient static and dynamic stretching. Bars and handles offer endless possibilities for stretching for beginners and professionals. The integrated leather padding provides excellent support for floor work and pleasant comfort.
Dynamic Stretching
The ELASKO technique is a dynamic stretching technique. The body is not only stretched, but we strengthen it and at the same time build muscle tone by using the body's energy.
Firm Grip
Various grip and holding options thanks to innovative loops for special exercises reaching into the deep muscles. Each NOHRD Elasko station has a total of six loops – two each for the upper, middle, and lower areas.
Perfect Hold
Six stable rungs made of solid wood support stretching and holding. They are perfectly suited for beginners and professionals at different flexibility levels.
Made of Leather
The padded training mat is made of high-quality, black artificial or genuine leather. It ensures a secure stance and comfortable support and lying positions.
