The WaterGrinder utilizes the classic crank motion from sailing for effective upper-body strength and endurance training . The cranks offer eight different positions for varying training intensities. The touchscreen performance monitor can be swiveled to either side of the WaterGrinder, ensuring it's always easy to read while cranking. The heart of the WaterGrinder is the water tank with its ergonomically shaped paddle, which provides realistic water resistance during training. The harder you crank, the more intense the resistance. The grinder can be used on either side, either standing or sitting. The seat position is height-adjustable and, thanks to the frame's wide foot positions, is wheelchair-accessible.
Powerful and elegant
- The teardrop shape of the wooden frame is a real eye-catcher in any living room or studio. The WaterGrinder's paddle is ergonomically designed and creates resistance in the water tank. The performance monitor pivots, making it easy to read from both sides during training.
- The wooden seat can be hung on either side at three different heights. The WaterGrinder can also be operated while standing without the seat.
- The cranks can be adjusted to eight different heights. This directly affects the training resistance: the lower the rotation speed, the higher the intensity.
Front or back
- The WaterGrinder can be operated from the front, back, and side. All positions focus on training the upper body (chest, abs, back, arms, shoulders).
