With this standing calf machine, you can train your calf muscles in isolation and gently. The calf machine is equipped with an extra- large weight stack with a capacity of 180 kg in 10 kg increments. Additionally, a 30 mm weight plate mount is installed on top of the machine, allowing for additional weight to be added. The shoulder pads distribute the pressure evenly. Thanks to the handles, this old-school bodybuilding strength machine is also ideal for standing shoulder presses .
