The Tuff Stuff XPT Trainer 900 Sport Power Cage is an effective alternative to traditional free weight and guided barbell training. The XPT Trainer 900 is ideal for ensuring maximum efficiency and muscle building. It combines the training safety of a weight machine with the flexibility of free weight training.
Pull-up bar variations
With the XPT Trainer 900, users benefit from the intelligent Quad Lock Braking System. The multi-press features a classic pull-up bar. A major advantage of the classic pull-up bar is the variable grip width. Everyone has a different body type and therefore a different ideal shoulder-width grip position. The choice of grip type also depends on your training goal. A narrow grip trains the biceps more, while a wider grip targets the latissimus dorsi.
Weight plate holders
The fixed holders for the weight plates on the steel tubes of the XPT Trainer 900 are very practical.
The Tuff Stuff XPT Trainer 900 offers you a variety of strength exercises. Biceps curls , upright rows, and dead lifts are possible on the barbell. You can also place the barbell behind your neck and perform lunges and squats. In addition to barbell training, you can vary your strength training with pull-up exercises. The front horizontal metal bar is a galvanized pull-up bar. This robust bar allows you to perform pull-up variations such as pull-ups (overhand grip pull-ups), chin-ups (underhand grip pull-ups), and hanging knee and leg raises. The pull-up bar is knurled for the best hold and sufficient grip during training.
