Teuwsen Hyperextension, Back Extension Bench, 45° Adjustable, Frame Color Silver, Used - with signs of wear
With this 45-degree back extension bench from Teuwsen (Made in Germany!), you can train the lower back extensor muscles in an isolated and gentle way, both with your own body weight and with additional weights such as weight plates or a weight vest. (Optionally available) The hip pad of the hyperextension is height-adjustable in 9 steps, allowing the back extension bench to be individually adapted to the user's height. The large footrest and leg pads provide good support during exercises.
