The easily adjustable seat and backrest of the universal bench allow for variable seating positions. Everything from lying down to almost 90° upright is possible. The backrest is adjustable to 7 different positions. This allows you to tailor your training with the multi-bench to specific muscle groups. The adjustable bench can be used for dumbbell training, but can also be set up in a power rack or multi-press, for example, and used there for various strength training exercises. The flat weight bench is visually designed entirely in black.
