The Technogym Vario Trainer offers a completely new training experience and is a further development of the classic cross trainer or elliptical trainer. The large pedals are suspended from straps, so the movement curve is not predetermined like with conventional machines, but can be determined by you during training. If you take longer strides, the pedals move further forward and further back, simulating real running or sprinting. With normal strides, you create a kind of jogging motion, and if you just pedal up and down on the spot, the machine acts like a stepper, as if you were running or walking up stairs. You determine the type of training you are doing through your movements and you don't have to adjust anything on the machine.
