This top-of-the-line Technogym hand ergometer is ideal for training upper body muscles. It's ideal for beginners and advanced athletes alike, as it offers a variety of resistance levels. The machines are equipped with a Polar heart rate monitor, and the information can be read on the large display during your workout. Various training programs are available, including heart rate-controlled programs.
The handles are mounted on ball bearings and rotate, making them particularly gentle on the wrists. Training in forward and backward movements is possible. Additionally, the height of the training arms can be adjusted in various steps, from "slightly downward" to "slightly upward," see photos 7 and 8.
The length of the handlebars and thus the diameter of the movement curve can be adjusted in 7 steps to ensure perfect biomechanics for both tall and short people. In addition, the seat can be adjusted from front to back in 10 steps , depending on leg and arm length. The special thing about this upper body ergometer is that the seat can be pulled all the way back with just one movement, meaning the upper body trainer can also be used by people in wheelchairs . The wheelchair can simply be moved between the rails in the middle.
