With this seated calf machine from Technogym 's Silverline, you can train your calf muscles in isolation and gently. The seated calf features a step-in aid for easy entry into the exercise position. The knee pad on the sitting calf strength machine can be adjusted in height to several levels. The fitness machine is equipped with a 60 kg weight stack in 5 kg increments. If necessary, you can attach an additional weight plate to the back using a longer pin in the top weight.
