Biceps training can be performed on this Technogym weight bench using an EZ or regular barbell and weight plates. The large, soft padding relieves pressure on the elbow joints. The seat can be hydraulically adjusted to nine different positions to adapt the machine to any body size. The barbell rests are rubberized to prevent noise and scratches on the bar.
