With this shoulder press from TechnoGym 's Selection Line, you can safely and effectively train your shoulder muscles and, to a certain extent, your chest muscles. The various grip options allow for a variety of training options on the shoulder press . The seat is height-adjustable to nine different positions (assisted by a gas-filled damper) , allowing the shoulder press to be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness machine is equipped with a 65 kg plug-in weight block . The fine weight allows the weight to be increased in small 2.5 kg increments, which is particularly useful for shoulder exercises.
