This Technogym Silverline rowing tower is an effective training device for the upper back muscles . The cable pulley and attached snap hooks allow for different grips, allowing for flexible training on the long pulley row station and targeting different muscle groups. The extra-long seat is screwed to the tower, allowing both shorter and taller people to use the rowing machine . The footrests are rubberized for non-slip grip. The fitness device is equipped with a large 100kg weight stack with 5kg increments.
