With this shoulder press from TechnoGym 's Pure Strength series, you can train your shoulder muscles safely and effectively. The aluminum handles are tapered, providing a good grip during training. They're also extra wide, allowing you to grip the shoulder press more narrowly or wider, allowing for a more flexible training experience. The seat is height-adjustable to nine different levels, allowing the neck press machine to be individually adapted to your body size. can be individually adjusted to all levels of difficulty using the plate loaded 50mm disc holders by adding suitable weight plates (available separately from us).
