With this plate loaded chest press from TechnoGym from the Pure Strength series Effectively yet gently train your chest muscles and triceps. The seat of the bench press machine can be adjusted to nine different heights. The chest press can be individually adjusted to all levels of difficulty thanks to the plate-loaded 50mm weight plate holder by attaching appropriate weight plates (available separately). The handles are made of aluminum and are tapered, providing a good grip during training.
