The guided Multipower multi-press from Technogym offers a simple and classic design and appeals to users of all fitness levels. The Smith Machine can be individually adjusted to all levels of difficulty thanks to the plate-loaded 50 mm plate holder by adding suitable weight plates (available separately from us). The high-quality and stable multi-press enables the safe and effective execution of squat and bench press exercises , as well as complex, related exercises such as deadlifts and many more, thanks to the linear ball bearings. The starting position with the hooks for hanging the bar on the frame can be adjusted in 22 levels. There are also emergency shelves (yellow) that can be hung at any desired height, thus ensuring safe solo training. At the rear of the multi-press there are a total of 6 holders/pins with a diameter of 28 mm for storing the weight plates.
