Back strength device - Rowing Row, Lat Isolator by Technogym from the Selection Line
With this Lower Back Strength Machine from Technogym you can train the upper back muscles in an isolated and gentle way using a rowing movement. The training arms are bilateral and so you can also pull with one arm for maximum exertion. The handgrips at the front provide additional support. The lat isolator has rubberized handles, which ensure good handling during fitness training. The chest support is adjustable, so the rowing machine can be individually adjusted to your body size. The seat can be hydraulically adjusted in height to adapt the strength training device to the corresponding body size. The fitness machine is equipped with a large 95 kg plug-in weight block and is therefore also suitable for heavy strength training. However, the weight can be increased in small 2.5 kg increments , making the exercise machine easy to use even for older/weaker people.
It is already a newer model of the Selection Line , easily recognizable by the plastic shroud on the front.
