Vertical Traction - Technogym Selection Line - Back Strength Training Device
With this Vertical Traction Pulldown Strength Machine from Technogym you can isolate and gently train the upper back muscles and latissimus dorsi using a pulling movement from top to bottom. The lat pulldown has rubberized handles and offers two different grip positions, each targeting slightly different muscle groups in the back. The entry aid with two footrests makes it easier to get into the movement and protects the joints at the start, which is particularly important when training with heavy weights. The seat can be hydraulically adjusted to 9 different heights to adapt the strength training device to your body size. There is also a seat belt to prevent cheating during the movement, but this belt is only optional and does not have to be used. The fitness device is equipped with a large 100kg plug-in weight block and is therefore suitable for heavy strength training. However, the weight can be increased in small 2.5kg increments , making the exercise machine easy to use even for older/weaker people.
It is already a newer model of the Selection Line , easily recognizable by the plastic shroud on the front.
