With this Vertical Traction Pulldown Strength Machine from Technogym you can isolate and gently train the upper back muscles and latissimus dorsi using a pulling movement from top to bottom. The lat pulldown has rubberized handles and offers three different grip positions to target slightly different muscle groups in the back. The lat pulldown has two different footrest positions and the seat can be adjusted to different heights to adapt the strength training device to the corresponding body size. There is also a seat belt to prevent cheating during the movement, but this belt is only optional and does not have to be used. The fitness device is equipped with a large 100kg weight block and is therefore suitable for heavy strength training. However, the weight can be increased in small 5kg increments , making the exercise machine easy to use even for older/weaker people.
