With two weight blocks, each cable regulates a single, separate workload. This allows the user to effectively perform all movements, including alternating and opposing movements, with the appropriate load on each side and for each training goal. This enables bilateral, unilateral training. Imbalances are thus reduced!
Certified as a medical device
According to the manufacturer, Kinesis One is certified as a medical device and for rehabilitation according to 93/42/EEC, making it ideal for facilities with clients with rehabilitation needs or limited mobility issues. Numerous medically approved exercises and training programs can be performed with this device. (Please double-check.)
Kinesis One Multistation from TechnoGym
Kinesis One combines all the benefits of Kinesis in a single, freestanding, affordable station with concealed weight stacks. With resistance across three levels of motion, the station is also ideal for rehabilitation and personal training. The two independent weight stacks, each with 16 levels, allow for small increments and a high degree of flexibility. Additionally, diagrams are mounted in the center of the paneling, showing possible exercises in both the starting and finishing positions. If a trainer isn't available, members can also begin training independently.
With this multi cable pull station, almost all exercises that are otherwise performed on classic strength training equipment can be trained on a compact strength training station.
