The following 28mm diameter weight plates from Technogym are included in this set:
2.5kg = 8 pieces
5 kg = 10 pieces
10 kg = 8 pieces
20kg = 4 pieces
= Total 230kg weight plates
The used (and rusty) SZ barbell with 28mm diameter is included free of charge.
In addition, some new original rubber rings with a diameter of 28mm are included.
