The award-winning Technogym elliptical cross trainer offers a highly intensive yet joint-friendly workout. Train your endurance and cardiovascular system. Hand pulse sensors on the top or middle handles allow you to monitor your heart rate at any time. Furthermore, the outer, movable handles feature "Fast Track Control." These buttons allow you to adjust the 25 resistance levels without releasing the handlebars and interrupting your workout. The movable handlebars allow you to incorporate your arms and thus your upper body into your workout, burning more calories than, for example, on a bicycle where you only move your lower body. The electronically controlled magnetic brake and poly-belt drive make the machine comparatively quiet during training. Various training programs can be selected via the large touchscreen , and the large display shows you various information about your workout during training. Unfortunately, other functions such as TV or internet access are not available. The maximum user weight of the Technogym cross trainer is 180 kg. The device impresses with its high-quality workmanship and quiet, smooth operation. Its weight of approximately 160 kg demonstrates that no expense has been spared on materials.
