Abdominal bench:
With this adjustable abdominal bench from Technogym , you can train your abdominal muscles in isolation and gently. The leg rest of the abdominal bench can be adjusted in height to six different levels. The incline of the entire bench can also be adjusted to five different levels, depending on the desired difficulty. The bench automatically accommodates workouts of any body size.
Back extension bench:
With this 45-degree back extension bench from Technogym , you can train your lower back muscles in isolation and gently, using both your own body weight and, for example, a weight plate as additional weight in front of your chest for more advanced exercises. The hip pad for the hyperextension bench has a cutout in the middle and is adjustable in length to nine different positions, allowing the back extension bench to be individually adapted to any body size. The footrest is non-slip and padded at the heel.
