With a large 75kg weight block with fine 5kg increments, this exercise machine is perfect for rehabilitation patients, but can also be used by stronger athletes for effective training of the side abdominal muscles. The upper body carriage (including padding and handles) can be adjusted horizontally in 8 steps on the X axis, and the height can also be adjusted vertically in 8 steps on the Y axis. This means the training device can be perfectly adapted to all body sizes. The starting position can also be adjusted multiple times using the lever at the bottom.
