This rowing and bench press trainer from SVG enables safe and effective training of the chest and back muscles. The seat of the 2-in-1 combination machine is height-adjustable to 10 different levels and can be rotated 180° into the correct position for the exercise. The two different handle options and the rotating seat offer the option of performing rowing and bench press exercises . The changeover is extremely easy in two steps by adjusting the seat 180 degrees and folding the handlebar. The fitness device is equipped with a large 75kg plug-in weight block . However, the weight can be increased in 5kg increments , making the exercise equipment easy to use even for older/weaker people. If a certain point in the exercise should not be exceeded for certain patients, the movement can be stopped continuously using the movement limiter.
