With this AB Crunch and Arm Curl machine from Star Trac's Human Sport series, you can train your abdominal and arm muscles in isolation and gently. This 2-in-1 combination machine features four independent cable pulleys, allowing you to customize your workout. The seat is height-adjustable, allowing the ab and bicep machine to be individually adjusted to your body size. You can train on the AB Crunch and Arm Curl machine while sitting or standing, depending on which muscle group you want to target. The carabiners could also be used to attach a leg loop for leg exercises or a curl bar for bicep exercises. Theoretically, a butterfly exercise would also be possible with the two upper cable pulleys. The fitness equipment is equipped with a weight stack with a maximum weight of 2 x 40 kg = 80 kg, making it suitable for heavy strength training. However, the weight can be increased in small 2 kg increments, making the equipment easy to use even for older/weaker people.
