This Squat High Pull strength machine is not the original Hammer Strength, but it's a good replica. Technically and visually, it's almost indistinguishable from the original. Manufacturer unknown - we purchased the machine used. The plate-loaded strength machine is An effective training device for performing guided squats. You can also perform shrugs and high pulls. Photos of possible exercises can be found in our product photos. The training handles are rubberized and extra long to allow all users to find a suitable starting position on the device. The fitness device is equipped with two 50mm plate holders for loading the training weight. There are a total of four additional 50mm plate holders at the rear and on the side of the frame for storing the weight plates. Matching weight plates are not included; these are available to purchase from us as an optional extra .
