With this horizontal triceps machine from SportsArt (S925 A925 N925) you can effectively but also gently train the various arm muscles such as triceps , forearms and wrists with a horizontal triceps movement . The seat can be adjusted in height to various levels. The back cushion can also be adjusted in length to suit the back, so the V-triceps extension can be adapted to any body size. In addition, the triceps machine offers a large, padded shelf for the arms and elbows for optimal training. The strength training device is equipped with an extra-large 100 kg plug-in weight block and two fine weights in 1.5 kg and 3 kg increments, so you can increase the weight in very small increments, which is particularly helpful for smaller muscle groups (like the triceps here).
