With this Total Hip S961 strength training device from SportsArt , you can effectively yet gently train various leg muscles such as hamstrings , adductors , and abductors while standing. The Multi Hip Kick machine offers a variety of adjustment options so you can perfectly tailor the fitness device to your needs. The entire training arm can be adjusted in height to 8 different levels. The starting position can be adjusted to 24 different levels (virtually 360°) and the angle of the leg pad can be fine-tuned to a further 12 different levels. The fitness device is equipped with a large 120kg plug-in weight block ; the fine weight allows you to increase the weight in small 1.5kg increments, making the exercise device easy to use for both advanced and older/weaker people.
