With this back extension machine from SportsArt you can train the lower back muscles in isolation and gently. The back padding of the back extension machine is height-adjustable to 7 levels and the starting angle can be set to 5 levels , so the machine can be adapted to many different users. The footrest of the strength training device has two different heights for tall and short people. The hyperextension fitness device is equipped with an extra-large 110kg plug-in weight block and is therefore suitable for very heavy strength training. However, the weight can be increased in small 1.5kg and 3kg increments , making the exercise device easy to use even for older/weaker people.
