With this Lat Pull machine from SportsArt S916, A916, N916 you can train your back muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The seat is height-adjustable to 8 levels, so the lat pulldown machine can be individually adapted to your body size. The highlight of this pulldown machine are the rotating, ball-bearing handles, which relieve pressure on the wrists and allow for various grip positions to more specifically target the different muscle groups in the back. In addition, the arms are DUAL / Bilateral = independent of each other. The strength training device is equipped with an extra-large plug-in weight block with 100 kg in 5 kg increments.
