With this Butterfly and Butterfly Reverse from SportsArt you can train your chest muscles , shoulder muscles and upper back muscles effectively but also gently. The seat has 9 height settings and the starting angle can be adjusted to 7 settings depending on whether you want to perform a butterfly or reverse exercise. This means you can adjust the fitness equipment perfectly to your needs. The training arms have two different grip positions (horizontal and vertical) and the arms are also ball-bearing mounted and movable, enabling perfect biomechanics. The Lat Press Back Machine is equipped with a large 100kg plug-in weight block . You can also use the 1.5kg or 3kg additional weight for small increases .
