The Sportsart bench press machine allows for safe and effective chest muscle training. The various grip options and the unilateral training arms (independent of each other) allow for variable chest press training and focus on different muscle groups. The entry aid can assist the first part of the movement. The seat is height-adjustable to nine levels, allowing the bench press machine to be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness machine is equipped with a large 100kg plug-in weight block . However, you can increase the weight in small 1.5kg and 3kg increments with the additional weights, making the exercise machine easy to use even for older/weaker people.
