Adductor machine, Hip Adductor from Sportesse
With this adductor machine from Sportesse, you can train your inner thigh muscles in isolation and gently. The hip adductor features two different footrests, allowing optimal biomechanics during training for both tall and short people. The starting position is variably adjustable, allowing the adductor machine to be individually adapted to the desired range of motion. The fitness machine is equipped with a 70 kg weight stack, and the weight can be increased in small 5 kg increments.
