With this side tilting machine BWS Lateral FLEX by Schnell ( Made in Germany ) allows you to train the lateral torso, abdominal, and back muscles in isolation and gently. The shoulder straps are adjustable to four levels, allowing the rotation machine to be individually adapted to the desired movement. The leg pads are continuously adjustable. The side bend exercise can be performed to the right or left. The fitness device is equipped with a plug-in weight block with 15 levels.
