This recumbent pullover from Schnell enables safe and effective chest muscle training. The starting angle can be adjusted to various levels. Furthermore, the height of the pad is continuously adjustable, allowing the pullover to be perfectly adapted to any body size. Weight plates can be loaded onto the approximately 30mm mandrel depending on the desired load. (Weight plates are not included in the price - available separately from us upon request!)
