With this adjustable abdominal bench/anterior torso lift from the Radon Line by RMA Sport und Medizintechnik (Made in Germany), you can train your core and abdominal muscles in isolation and gently. The Adjustable Decline Abdominal Bench can be adjusted to 8 different angles and positions for a wide range of training levels. The negative position is particularly good for effective abdominal training with sufficient stretching to prevent shortening of the hip flexors.
