The starting position of the back extension machine is adjustable in 7 stages, and the back pad can also be adjusted in height in 7 stages to suit different body sizes. The hyperextension features an adjustable footrest. The fitness equipment is equipped with a stack weight block of 100kg in 5kg increments, making it suitable for heavy strength training.
