With this abdominal flexor / back extension combination machine from Proxowell (manufacturer Proxomed - identical in design but without MPG / rehabilitation approval ) from the Compass 530 series, you can train your abdominal muscles and lower back muscles in isolation and gently. The muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The abdominal and back cushions can be adjusted in height on the axis in 12 steps and the starting angle can be variably adjusted in various steps - depending on which exercise you want to perform. The backrest can be adjusted in length in 4 steps and in height in 5 steps. In addition, the seat cushion can be adjusted in height in 9 steps and the footrest can be adjusted in length in 13 steps, so the abdominal flexor / back extension combination machine can be individually adapted to any body size. The 2-in-1 combination machine is equipped with an 80kg plug-in weight block that can be adjusted in 5kg steps.
