Proxomed back extensor-flexor combo Compass 530, hyperextension and abdominal machine 2 in 1 combo device
With this abdominal flexor / back extension combination machine from Proxowell (manufacturer Proxomed - identical in design but without MPG / rehabilitation approval ) from the Compass 530 series, you can train your abdominal muscles and lower back muscles in isolation and gently. The muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The abdominal and back cushions can be adjusted in height to 12 levels on the axis and the starting angle can be variably adjusted to various levels - depending on which exercise you want to perform. The backrest can be adjusted in length to 4 levels and in height to 5 levels. In addition, the seat cushion can be adjusted in height to 9 levels and the footrest can be adjusted in length to 13 levels, so the abdominal flexor / back extension combination machine can be individually adjusted to any body size. The 2-in-1 combination machine is equipped with an extra large 100kg plug-in weight block . Nevertheless, you can increase the weight in small increments of 1, 2, 3 and 4 kg, making the exercise equipment easy to use even for older/weaker people.
NOTE: The current unit in stock has green pads, a larger 100 kg weight stack, as well as the fine weight option with 1 kg increments, and a front panel. The first few photos show a similar unit with the same basic functions but with different pads and a different weight stack and no front panels. The functions are identical, however.
