Proxomed lateral raise, shoulder machine, used
With this shoulder machine from the C-Well or Compass series by German manufacturer Proxowell (manufactured by Proxomed) MADE IN GERMANY, you can train your shoulder muscles effectively yet gently. The machine is called a lateral raise. The large 80kg weight stack is divided into 10kg increments. The side armrests are padded, and each arm can be trained independently or bilaterally. The seat height can be adjusted quickly and easily using a gas spring. The back panel is made of frosted plastic.
