Proxomed leg curler in prone position, used
With this leg curl machine from the C-Well or Compass series by the German manufacturer Proxowell (manufactured by Proxomed) MADE IN GERMANY, you can train your lower leg muscles effectively but also gently. The lying movement puts very little pressure on the knee joints, as you need to train with less weight in the prone position to achieve the desired results. The large 80kg weight block is divided into 5kg increments. The leg roller can be adjusted in several ways to enable the perfect training position for tall and short people. The starting position for the exercise can be set in 13 different steps, each one by 10°! The power transmission via Teflon belt is quiet and even. A panel made of "frosted glass" plastic is attached to the back.
