With the seated calf machine from Proxomed, the calf muscles can be trained in an isolated and gentle manner. The Seated Calf features rubberized handles in front of the upper body, which allow for safe and comfortable handling during training. The seat height is adjustable in several steps, so that the fitness equipment can be individually adapted to the user's body size. The calf machine is equipped with a 100 kg weight stack; the weight can be increased in 5 kg increments, making the device well suited for older or less trained individuals. If a certain point in the exercise execution should not be exceeded for specific patients, the movement can be continuously stopped with the range limiter. The exercise is performed by tilting or extending the feet.
