With this abdominal flexor/back extension combination machine from Proxomed Compass 530 (Made in Germany), you can train your abdominal muscles and lower back muscles in isolation and gently. These muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The abdominal and back cushions are height-adjustable on the axis in 12 steps, and the starting angle can be adjusted to various levels, depending on the exercise you want to perform. The backrest is adjustable in length in 4 steps and in height in 5 steps. Furthermore, the seat cushion is height-adjustable in 9 steps, and the footrest is adjustable in length in 13 steps, allowing the abdominal flexor/back extension combination machine to be individually adjusted to any body size. The 2-in-1 combination machine is equipped with an 80 kg plug-in weight block , and an additional weight with "fine adjustment" of 1-4 kg can be activated. This allows the weight to be increased in 1 kg increments! This makes the device perfect for rehabilitation patients, but it can also be used by stronger athletes for effective training. If certain patients do not want to exceed a certain point during exercise, the movement can be continuously stopped using the movement limiter. This exercise device is perfect for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and medical patients, as it is a Class I medical device according to 93/42/EEC ( MPG and MDD Medical Devices Act).
