Proxomed Compass shoulder blade fixator / support press - lat pulldown and dips - 2-in-1 combination device
With this lat pulldown and dip combination machine from the German rehabilitation manufacturer Proxomed Compass , you can effectively yet gently train various muscle groups. The 2-in-1 combination machine is equipped with a plug-in weight block with 18 levels. This makes the machine perfect for rehabilitation patients, but can also be used by stronger athletes for effective training of the large back muscles, triceps, and pectoral muscles. The seat is height-adjustable to 9 levels, allowing the machine to be adapted to your body size. The handles on the dip can be adjusted for both narrow and wide openings, while the handles on the lat pulldown are ball-bearing and freely rotatable (very gentle on the wrists). The various grip options allow for a diverse workout. The function can be switched from shoulder blade fixator/lat pulldown to support press/dip by manually switching a pin on the back of the machine. The starting angle of each exercise can be set to 5 different levels using the locking pin above the weight block.
